Marlboro County Public Hearing Notice

The Housing and Community Redevelopment Authority of Marlboro County has developed its 2021 Annual Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available to review at the local Administrative office located at 100 Woods Avenue, Clio, SC and the Central administration office located at 400 East Pine Street, Florence, SC. The Authority's hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday. In addition, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 via phone conference at 1:00 PM.
