Attention Residents

All maintenance requests during regular business hours should be called into the office of your apartment community. If you have an after hour's maintenance emergency, please call 843-669-4163 & follow prompts.

All trash/garbage should be placed in the outside garbage receptacle. Please do not allow young children to dispose of trash. Most children are unable to properly place the trash in the receptacle and will then leave trash on the ground. This is very unsightly and a direct violation of your lease agreement.

And the winner is...

In each newsletter we will insert an address of a resident and an employee number somewhere in the News You Can Use. If you find your address or employee number, call Hazel Mouzon at 843-669-4163 ext. 2008 and claim your prize.
