Welcome to Spring!! Spring is a hopeful season that brings transformation. Happy Resurrection, Joyful Ramadan!! Happy Easter!!

The Housing Authority has been expanding the staff to continue to help serve or communities. We have been providing new opportunities to assistant those in need with Emergency Housing Vouchers. Please contact our office for qualification information.

The Housing Authority of Florence has partnered with FSD1 and Florence Recreations to sponsor a tutoring program. The programs are well on their way assisting our area youth. If you are interested in your school aged youth attending, the locations are:

Northwest Park Community Center, 801 Clement Street

Barnes Street Activity Center - 513 Barnes Street

Dr. Iola Jones Park Community Center - 608 E. Maxwell Street

Spring Break for our area schools are April 14-25, 2022. Enjoy the warm weather, family and friends. But, remember to stay safe during this time off.

Hiring Details: Mini shift, 2pm - 6pm
Monday - Friday
$17.25/hour
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
Transportation will be provided, if needed
