Landlord Referral Incentive Program
We are excited to share a new incentive designed to strengthen our partnership with you and expand affordable housing opportunities in our community.
The Housing Authority of Florence is launching a Landlord Referral Incentive Program, and we invite you to participate.
How the Incentive Works
If you are a current Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) landlord and you refer a new landlord to the program, you may earn $100 for each successful referral.
The incentive is awarded when:
- The referred landlord is new to the HCV Program, and
- The referred landlord executes a Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract with the Housing Authority of Florence.
There is no limit to the number of landlords you may refer!

- Expand access to safe and affordable housing
- Support low-income families in our community
- Strengthen the HCV landlord network
