Public Hearing Notice

The Housing Authority of Cheraw has developed its Annual Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 and the Moving to Work (MTW) Demonstration Supplement to the Plan.  It is available to review at the local Administrative office located 1343 Dizzy Gillespie Drive, Cheraw, SC.  The Authority's hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday.  In addition, a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at the local Administrative office located at 1343 Dizzy Gillespie Drive, Cheraw, SC at 2:00PM. Everyone is invited.
