Maintenance Tech I

Maintenance Tech needed from entry level with little experience to skilled with years of experience: Experienced person needed for "multifamily housing" maintenance. Performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work in the upkeep of dwelling and non-dwelling property with no assistance to complete work orders. Work performed   may   include   cleaning, painting, HVAC, roofing, structural repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, site maintenance, etc.

Education and Experience: High School. Experience involving public contact preferred. Ability to work with limited supervision to no supervision. Some type of formal training or experience in the following areas preferred: carpentry, plumbing; electrical; painting; refurbishing, etc. Preference given for experience in HVAC. OSHA codes and any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must successfully pass the screening process of possession of a valid Driver's License,10 year driving record, Drug Screening and Background Check
