Community Manager Assistant- Site Specialist Assistant
Site Specialist Assistant: Perform a variety of administrative, clerical, receptionist, and secretarial duties to support the daily activities of administrative functions of public housing work in planning and organizing of the activities of one or more properties for the Housing Authority. Utilize data entry equipment, including computer-driven word processing, spreadsheet and file maintenance programs to enter and retrieve data, and prepare and maintain files. Greet and attend to the public at a counter or serve as a receptionist giving information regarding departmental operations and answering routine questions. Collect rents, prepare and process bank deposit slips daily. Receive, originate and close work orders. Pull outstanding work orders report daily and follow up on it. Prepare purchase orders/check requisition after purchases for signature.
Experience: High School Diploma (or GED) with 1-2 years' experience in administrative/clerical field; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be computer proficiency, have good Oral/Written Communication skills is a must. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all types of people.
